To acheive this look;  its all about dark liners, liners, liners and tons of mascara.  Some of my favorite products are listed below to achieve this look.

To get the look:

1. Apply gray to almost black  eye shadow evenly over the entire eye lid.  Finish with bone to cream color eye shadow under the brow bone.
2. Next apply the pencil or crayon liner  along the upper and lower lash line and blend it with a smudge brush or a sponge applicator  outward.
3. Now you are ready to apply the liner, using  a liquid or cream liner- line the upper lash line.
4. Finish with volume and lengthening mascara.
